Webinar 2025-06: NF Mentoring: Mentoring in Clinical and Performance Practice: Applied Case Review Featuring Professional Athletes

This 90-minute mentoring webinar fulfills BCIA’s contact hour and case study requirements for certification and provides an intermediate-level exploration of clinical and performance applications of biofeedback and neurofeedback. The webinar will center around two case studies: Levi LaVallee, a professional motorsport athlete who experienced a traumatic brain injury, and Joe Hanks, a heavyweight boxer with a high-performance focus. Using pre- and post-qEEG data, video testimonial, and session outcomes, participants will examine protocol design, implementation, and scope of practice decisions. The discussion will highlight key differences between working in clinical versus performance domains, ethical considerations, and integration of the BCIA Blueprint competencies in applied settings.
